Villa Description

Villa Uzay is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with a private sheltered pool and outdoor jacuzzi for 4 people, located in Fethiye, Karagözler. Our villa has 2 bedrooms. It is suitable for nuclear families and groups of friends. It is 1 km from Fethiye Paspatur Street, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues, 600 meters from Fethiye Fish Market, 400 meters from Amintas King and Rock Cemetery and 3.50 km from the beach. All equipment is ready for use in our villa for our guests. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our villa, which is located in a quiet location.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 20 £ is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:There is an open-plan modern kitchen with enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee and Turkish coffee machine and electric tea maker.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, clothes rack, French bathtub and balcony with sea view.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, clothes rack and balcony with sea view.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

There is a private barbecue, outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden swings, a dining table for 4 people in the veranda and garden seating groups, and a sun terrace.
