Apartment Description

Alina Apart 1 is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for 4 people, located in the Hisarönü region of Fethiye, with a shared pool and a large garden, close to the center. Our flat is located 200 meters from Hisarönü center, where there are restaurants, markets, entertainment venues and an amusement park for children. It is 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 7 km from Fethiye centre. Our apartment is decorated for holiday purposes and has all kinds of tools and equipment to meet the needs of our guests.

Note: An extra cleaning fee is required for reservations below the minimum stay period.

Entrance floor

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 4 people or more, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Bathroom: It is an independent bathroom. It has a shower with a shower cabin and a WC.

Balcony: There is a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is enough table and chairs for 4 people.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The apartment also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 50 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the apartment. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
