Villa Description

Villa Alesta is our villa with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and a magnificent sea view with a capacity of 10 people, located in Kalkan-Kızıltaş, one of the most popular holiday regions. The materials in our villa are selected from the most special materials and offered to our guests. There are also 2 Jacuzzi specially positioned in our villa. Although the garden and pool section has a large area, it is a very useful area with its furniture and items. You can also have a good time with the view of Kalkan in the terrace section of our villa. Our villa is located at a 15-minute walking distance from the Kalkan seaside section.

Note:A cleaning fee of £ 40 is required for rentals of less than 6 nights.

Note: There is a 50 m slope up to where our villa is from the main road.

Interior features of the house;

Living Room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, air conditioning, LCD TV, internet, satellite receiver, sitting group and dining table. We have an exit from the living room to the pool. There is also 1 Bathroom / WC.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 10 people and more, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle (kettle), washing machine, oven, 4-cooker, dinner set for 10 people and microwave. We have an exit from the kitchen to the garden.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, toilet and bathroom. ( Ground floor )

3. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, Jacuzzi, bedside table, air conditioner, toilet and bathroom. There is a balcony section. ( 1st Floor )

4. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, toilet and bathroom. There is also a balcony section. ( 1st Floor )

5. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, toilet and bathroom. There is also an exit to the terrace section. ( Penthouse )

Terrace: In the terrace section, there are 2 sun loungers, chairs and a table and a swing.

Note: There is a cinema room in the basement.

Damage deposit:  £ 100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note:In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin. The photos of the villas on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. There are no consumption needs for hygiene purposes in our villa. Spraying is done regularly in our villas located in nature.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
