Villa Description

Villa Ares is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury holiday villa with a private pool for 6 people, located in the center of Fethiye, Hisarönü. The interior design of our villa is carefully designed and equipped with quality items. We are sure that you will have a comfortable and special holiday thanks to its modern architectural structure. All kinds of facilities are provided in our villa for the comfort of our guests. Our villa is located 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach, 200 meters from Hisarönü center and 7 km from Fethiye centre.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 30 £ is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe, make-up table, terrace with pool and garden views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
