Villa Maria is a conservative family villa with private pool and jacuzzi in Kayakoy, Fethiye. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people. There is a jacuzzi in 1 bedroom of our villa. It is ideal for newly married couples who want to come to their honeymoon vacation. It is a peaceful holiday opportunity for those who want to be out of sight and get tired of the city noise. Kayaköy is a village place with a historical structure with old Greek houses. All kinds of tools and equipment are available for our guests in our villa.

Living Room: There is a carefully furnished lounge with open kitchen, modern armchairs, dining table for 6, LCD TV, satellite receiver.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 6 or more people, oven, cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, teapot and kettle.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, vanity table and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning, baby bed and wardrobe.

Bathroom:It is in the hallway. It has a WC, sink and washing machine.

Balcony: There is a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There are enough tables and chairs for 6 people.

Note: Due to the infrastructure of the region, internet usage is not affected by mails, social media sites, news sites etc. It is sufficient in subjects and it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during entry procedures. On the day of departure, any loss, broken, dilapidated etc. the damage deposit will be refunded to you.
