Living Room:There is a carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, Lcd tv, satellite receiver, air conditioner, smart vacuum cleaner and exit to the terrace section.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan modern kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 8 people and more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.

Terrace: It is the part that leads to the Pool and Garden section and has a modern sofa set.

WC / Washbasin: It is located on the ground floor.

First floor

1.Bedroom:Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden view.

2.Bedroom: Spacious rooms with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, pool and garden view.

3.Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.

Bathroom / WC: It is a shared bathroom / wc and is located in the corridor.

Roof Floor

4th Bedroom: There are double bed and 1 single bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, Lcd tv, sofa set, air conditioning, portable wardrobe and balcony.

Others: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and the living room. In addition, the villa has an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 150 is taken during entry procedures. On the day of departure, any loss, broken, dilapidated etc. the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: Due to the infrastructure and superstructure works in the region where our villa is located, interruptions such as electricity, water, etc. may occur, this situation is not only related to this villa, but also applies to all our villas in the region.
