Villa Description

Villa Rokko is a 5-bedroom, 10-person holiday villa with a private pool, located in the Hisarönü region of Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, close to the center. It is located 100 meters from the center of Hisarönü, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues. In our villa, which is 3 km away from Ölüdeniz beach and only 7 km away from Fethiye center, everything has been considered for our guests and nothing is missing.

Note: Reservations under the minimum stay period are not accepted.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 10 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 10 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom:There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

5th Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
