Villa Description

Villa Castor is a spacious 5-bedroom family villa with a private pool for 10 people, located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye. The villa has a heated pool, a games room, and a jacuzzi. It's an ideal option for large families and groups seeking a special holiday. The villa has been specially designed for our guests and includes all the necessary kitchen appliances. Enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable time in your private pool with your family. Our villa is 4 km from Ölüdeniz Beach and 1.5 km from Hisarönü city center, home to entertainment venues, shopping malls, and an amusement park.

Note: For bookings under 6 nights, a cleaning fee of £150 is required.

Note: Pool heating is available at our villa, which can be activated for a weekly fee of £350. For bookings of less than 7 nights, the pool heating fee is £350. For bookings over 7 nights, additional days will be charged.

Interior Features of the House

Living Room:A beautifully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern seating area, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, dining table, chairs, and access to the pool.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery, and other kitchenware.

Basement Level: A game room with billiards and foosball.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1:Double bed, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, wardrobe, balcony, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: Two single beds, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 5: Two single beds, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Others:All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Damage Deposit: A £200 damage deposit is required upon check-in. The damage deposit will be refunded to you upon check-out, provided there are no missing items, broken items, or damage.

Note: All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests and other pests being present. We cannot guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with secluded pools. There is always a 5% privacy margin for these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
