Villa Description

Villa Golondrina is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury holiday villa with a private pool for 4 people, located in Fethiye, within walking distance of Hisarönü center. The interior design of our villa is carefully designed and equipped with quality items. We are sure that you will have a comfortable and special holiday thanks to its modern architectural structure. Our villa has a patio, table tennis and swing for you to have fun. All kinds of facilities are provided in our villa for the comfort of our guests. Our villa is located 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach, 200 meters from Hisarönü center and 7 km from Fethiye centre.

Note:A cleaning fee of 20 £ is required for stays under the minimum stay of 7 nights.

Note: There are high chairs and baby beds for families with babies.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, kitchenware sufficient for 4 people or more, dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, teapot, espresso and filter coffee machine and dec kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom:There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Others:There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
