Villa Info 3 is a spacious four-bedroom villa with a private pool, a spacious kitchen, a living room, and four bathrooms located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. It is 3 km from Hisarönü, a popular shopping and entertainment venue. Located 6 km from Ölüdeniz Beach and just 9 km from Fethiye city center, our villa has everything our guests need and is fully equipped. Unlimited internet is available.
Note: A £100 cleaning fee is charged for stays of 4 nights or less.

Living Room:A beautifully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern sofas, a dining table for 6 people, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver, and air conditioning.
Kitchen:The open-plan, modern kitchen is equipped with enough kitchenware for 8 or more people, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

Bedroom 1:Features a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, television, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.

Damage Deposit:A £200 damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there are no missing items, broken items, or spills.
Note: All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite this, pests, etc., may be present in the surrounding area. There is a possibility of this. We cannot guarantee 100% complete privacy in our secluded pool villas. There is always a 10% privacy margin in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
