Villa Özçağlar is a luxurious holiday villa with a private pool, located in the Ovacık center of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. It has 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. It is 1 km from the center of Hisarönü, which offers shopping, entertainment venues, and restaurants. The villa is 4.5 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 10 km from Fethiye center. The villa is fully equipped with all necessary amenities for our guests. The pool is suitable for conservative families as the top and sides can be covered if desired.
Interior Features
Living Room: The meticulously furnished living room features modern sofas, a dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. There is a door leading to the pool and garden.
Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 or more people, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, refrigerator, kettle, and teapot.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: Features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
3rd Bedroom:Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
4th Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of £200 is collected upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no loss, breakage, or damage to the villa.
Note: All our villas, located in a natural setting, are regularly treated with pesticides. However, there is still a possibility of encountering pests in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools. There is always a 10% margin of error in these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a 'Wide-Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in images may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
