Villa Description

Villa Berfu is a 4-bedroom villa with a capacity of 8 people, a private pool and garden, located in the Calis region of Fethiye. It is 750 m from Çalış beach and 5 km from Fethiye centre. A peaceful and happy holiday awaits you in our villa with private pool, located in a quiet and tranquil environment. Internet is available.

Note: In July and August, a cleaning fee of 100 £ is required for stays of less than 7 nights.
Note: A cleaning fee of 45 £ is required for stays of less than 5 nights in January, February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November and December.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe.

4th Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
