Villa Description

Villa Nazende is a 4-bedroom villa with a capacity of 8 people and a private pool, located in the Calis region of Fethiye. Our villa is set in a large garden and has extras such as a children's playground, jacuzzi and sauna. Our villa is 500 m from the world-famous Calis beach and 1.5 km from Fethiye center. A peaceful and happy holiday awaits you in our villa with private pool, located in a quiet and tranquil environment.

Note: For stays under 5 nights, an extra 150 £ cleaning fee is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, tea maker and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, television, make-up table and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table and wardrobe.

4th Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 150 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
