Villa Description

Villa A Plus is a 9-bedroom luxury holiday villa with a private pool for 18 people, located in the Hisarönü region of Fethiye. Due to its location, it is very close to restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Located close to the center, the villa is very suitable for large groups of friends and large families. The villa has all the features you may need. There are extras such as a game room, cinema room, jacuzzi and French bathtub. At the same time, the outdoor pool in the villa can be turned into an indoor heated pool.

Note: For stays under 5 nights, an extra 300 £ cleaning fee is charged.

Note: Our villa is rented for a minimum of 5 nights.

Note: Our villa will be charged a weekly accommodation fee of 5.000 £ for 12 months and will only be rented in Euros. It may vary depending on the current exchange rate.

Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, dining table and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open-plan modern kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 18 people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator.

Others: The villa has an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 500 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

External features

There is a private barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas, patio, garden seating area, garden swing, outdoor jacuzzi and gazebo.
