Villa Description

Villa Adela is a 4-bedroom luxury holiday villa with a private pool and a capacity of 8 people, located in the center of Hisarönü, Fethiye, Ölüdeniz. It is 50 meters from Hisarönü center, where shopping stores, entertainment venues and restaurants are located. Our villa is located 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 7 km from Fethiye centre. Our villa has all kinds of equipment for our guests. Since the top and sides of the pool can be closed when desired, it is suitable for conservative families.

Note 1: For stays of less than 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 100 £ is charged.

Note 2:Pool Heating is not included in the price. If pool heating is required, an extra weekly fee of 150 £ is requested.

Note 3: If intermediate cleaning is requested; Change of sheets, brooms, mops, blankets and pillowcases is done. (Except for bathrooms) 20 £ is requested as an extra.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is an exit door to the pool and garden.

Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, jacuzzi, wardrobe, terrace with Babadağ view.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with Babadağ view.

3rd Bedroom:There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool, garden and Babadag views.

4th Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool, garden and Babadag views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 200 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
