    Villa Description
     
    Villa Agila 1 is a large family villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private pool and a private garden for 7 people located in the Calis region of Fethiye. Our villa, located in a quiet and peaceful location, offers you a beautiful holiday opportunity with its green garden and large pool. You can take a walk in the evening and watch the magnificent sunset at Calis Beach, which has the 2nd best sunset in the world. Villa Agila 2 is located next to our villa. Our villas have the same features, only the furniture colors are different. If desired, large family groups can rent this villa on the same dates and spend their holidays together.
     
    Note:An extra £100 cleaning fee is charged for accommodations under 5 nights.
     
    Interior features of the house
     
    Living room: A carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and access to the pool.
     
    Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, enough kitchenware for 6 or more people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.
     
    Bedrooms:
     
    1. Bedroom:Double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, baby playpen and balcony.

    Others:All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
     
    Damage deposit:A £200 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
     
    Note: All our villas, which are located in close proximity to nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
