Villa Description

Villa Akdağlı is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool and a capacity of 7 people, located in Fethiye - Ovacık. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. It is 1 km from Hisarönü center, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues, 5 km from Ölüdeniz beach, and only 8 km from Fethiye centre. All equipment is ready for use in our villa for our guests. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our villa, which is located in a quiet location.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 100 £ is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open-plan modern kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 7 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, balcony.

3rd Bedroom:Double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, balcony.

4th Bedroom: Single bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, balcony.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 125 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
