Villa Alınca is a conservative holiday villa with 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people with sea view located in the Faralya region of Fethiye. The pool area of our villa is not visible from the outside. Our villa has been prepared with all the details in mind with its unique nature and sea view. Since its pool is sheltered, it is ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private infinity pool and have a barbecue in the garden.
Note: An extra cleaning fee of £100 is requested for stays under 7 nights.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, a seating group, a dining table for 10 people, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room to the pool and the garden.
Kitchen:There is an open kitchen, kitchenware enough for 6 people and more, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a teapot and a tea maker.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, sofa set and dressing table.
Bedroom 2: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, sofa set and dressing table.
Bedroom 3: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, sofa set and dressing table.
Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £100 is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% protection margin in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
