Villa Description

Villa Alpina is a large family villa with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private pool for 12 people, located in Ovacık, Fethiye. Our villa has a total of 2 living rooms and 2 kitchen sections. Ideal for large family groups, our villa has all kinds of equipment for our guests. All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. Our villa is 3 km away from Ölüdeniz beach.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 40 £ is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 12 people, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, make-up table and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.

4th Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table and wardrobe.

5th Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

6th Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 300 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
