Villa Alya is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool with a capacity of 8 people, located in the Ovacik area of Fethiye. Our villa is presented to you, our valued guests, with its stylish concept, comfortable and carefully furnished furniture, spacious and bright structure. Thanks to the large pool and garden area, you can have fun by the pool and make your holiday more enjoyable. Our villa is very suitable for large groups of friends and families. Due to its location, it is very close to markets and restaurants and you can easily meet all your needs.

Note: A cleaning fee of £ 75 is required for stays under 7 nights.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 8 people, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, water dispenser, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom-wc.

2.Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom-wc.

3. Bedroom: It has two single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, pouf sofa, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom-wc and exit to the balcony area.

4. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom-wc.

Others: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and living room. There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit:  £ 75 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note: In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin.
