Villa Arsa is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa with a private pool for 8 people located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye, Ölüdeniz. One room of our villa is designed as an entertainment room and includes equipment such as table tennis, table football and billiards table. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. It is 2 km from Hisarönü center, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues, 5 km from Ölüdeniz beach and only 7 km from Fethiye center. All equipment is ready for use for our guests in our villa. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our villa, which is located in a quiet location.
Note: A cleaning fee of £125 is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.
Interior features of the house
Living room:There is a magnificent open kitchen living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.
Kitchen: Open-plan modern kitchen, enough kitchenware for 8 or more people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden view.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3:Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe.
Others: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit:A £200 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of check-out, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the surrounding area. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
