Villa Asmalı Konak is a 4-bedroom, 8-person private pool holiday villa located in the Kayaköy region of Fethiye. Our villa offers an ideal option for our guests looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday environment with its ancient history and magnificent view. All the details you may need in the villa have been thought out to the smallest detail and are suitable for large families. You can enjoy your holiday with its large, peaceful garden with historical touches and private pool.
Note: An extra £70 cleaning fee is requested for reservations under 5 nights.
Interior features of the house
Living Room: Designed with Kayaköy's historical nomadic touches, the living room has a sofa and a TV.
Kitchen: You can prepare your meals with a unique view in the kitchen in the garden. Kitchen includes: Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dining table for 6 people and high chair.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, crib.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand.
Bedroom 4: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table.
Others: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £150 is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surrounding area. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% protection margin in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
