Villa Description
Villa Ata is a 4-bedroom, 8-person capacity, double jacuzzi private pool villa located in the Karaçulha region of Fethiye. Our villa also has a sheltered children's pool for families with children. Our villa is located close to the city center. Our villa has all kinds of equipment for our guests. A peaceful holiday awaits you in our villa suitable for large families.
Note: A cleaning fee of £100 is charged for stays under 7 nights.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LED TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.
Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, bar counter, kitchenware for 8 people and more, a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.
Others: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surrounding area. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% margin of appreciation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
