Villa Description

Villa Aydın 3 is our luxury holiday villa with 3 bedrooms, a capacity of 6 people, a private pool, jacuzzi and indoor pool, located in the Calis region of Fethiye. Our villa, which has a modern concept, offers our guests a comfortable holiday with its carefully selected furnishings. You can have fun in our villa, which has a large garden and pool area. In addition, due to its location, our villa is within walking distance of shopping stores, entertainment venues and Calis beach. In our villa, all kinds of vehicles are ready for use for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden. It is ready to serve you with its heated pool in cold weather. Next to our villa there are Villa Aydın 1 - Villa Aydın 2.

Note: For reservations under 5 nights, an extra 60 £ cleaning fee is required.

Note: Indoor pool heating costs 25 £ per day.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning. There is an exit door to the pool and garden section.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, LCD TV, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, sofa, make-up table, balcony, garden swing and a seating group for 2 people.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, clothes rack and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, nightstand, clothes rack and balcony.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
