Villa Badem Ağacı is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a capacity of 8 people and a private pool, suitable for large families, located in Fethiye - Ovacık. 3 bedrooms of our villa have en-suite bathrooms. Our villa is located 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach. Everything in terms of kitchen utensils is complete.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom:There are two single beds and a wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

4th Bedroom:There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 50 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
