Villa Balkan is a luxurious, spacious family villa with a private pool, located in Hisarönü, one of Fethiye's popular holiday areas. It boasts 5 bedrooms and a capacity for up to 10 people. Nestled amidst nature, the villa offers a comfortable and peaceful holiday experience for large families and groups of friends. Featuring a modern and spacious design, Villa Balkan includes a private swimming pool, a large garden area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Interior Features
Living Room: The meticulously furnished living room includes a modern seating group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, internet access, alarm system, air conditioning, dining table, chairs, and direct access to the pool.
Kitchen: The open-plan modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, four-burner hob, electric kettle, dinnerware for 10 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils.
Bedrooms:
1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of £200 is collected upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no loss, breakage, or damage to the villa.
Note: All our villas, located in a natural setting, are regularly treated with pesticides. However, there is still a possibility of encountering pests in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools. There is always a 10% margin of error in our villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a 'Wide-Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
