Villa Description

Villa Başak is a conservative 2-bedroom villa with a private pool and jacuzzi located in Kınık area of Kalkan. Since its pool is not visible from the outside, it is ideal for bigoted families and honeymoon couples who want to spend a secluded holiday. The villa is conservative and has a private pool and has a total capacity of 6 people. In our villa, everything has been considered for you, our valued guests, and there is nothing missing. Our villa has a children's pool and playground for our little guests.

Note: For reservations under 6 nights, an extra £ 100 cleaning fee is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen equipment for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, toaster, microwave oven and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, make-up table, wardrobe and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

Others: The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cot and high chair.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 200 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
