Villa Description

Villa Belce Yasemin is a 3-bedroom, 6-person capacity villa with a pool, located in the Kayaköy area of Fethiye. It's a conservative villa with privacy, making it ideal for families seeking a secluded environment and honeymoon couples. Kayaköy is a historic town with natural beauty and old Greek houses. It's 8 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach and 8 km from Fethiye city center. The villa is fully equipped with all necessary amenities for our guests.

Note: An extra charge of £50 applies for reservations shorter than 7 nights.

Interior Features

Living Room: Modern sofas, LCD TV, satellite receiver, dining table for 6 people, and air conditioning. There is a door leading from the living room to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: Open plan kitchen with enough kitchenware for 6 or more people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, master bedroom, wardrobe and dressing table.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Other Amenities: The villa also includes an iron, washing machine, hairdryer and internet access.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of £50 is collected upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no loss, breakage, etc. in the villa.

Note: All our villas, which offer a life surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pesticides. Despite this, there is still a possibility of pests in the surrounding area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with secluded pools. There is always a 10% margin of error in these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in images may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
