Villa Belce Zeytinr is a 3-bedroom, 6-person capacity villa with a private pool located in Kayaköy, Fethiye. The pool is not visible from the outside, making it suitable for conservative families and honeymoon couples. Kayaköy is a historic town with natural beauty and old Greek houses. It is 8 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach and 8 km from Fethiye city center. The villa is fully equipped with all necessary amenities for our guests.
Note:An extra cleaning fee of £50 is charged for reservations shorter than 7 nights.
Interior Features
Living Room: Modern sofas, LCD TV, satellite receiver, dining table for 6 people, and air conditioning. There is a door leading from the living room to the pool and garden.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen with enough kitchenware for 6 or more people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and kettle.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom:Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, and dressing table.
2nd Bedroom:Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom.
3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom.
Other Amenities:The villa also includes an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and internet access.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of £50 is collected upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no loss, breakage, or damage to the villa.
Note: All our villas, located in a natural setting, are regularly treated with pesticides. However, there is still a possibility of encountering pests in the area. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools. There is always a 10% margin of error in these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a 'Wide-Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in images may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
