Villa Description

Villa Berin is a 4-bedroom summer holiday villa with a private pool, located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye. Everything within the villa has been carefully designed, designed for our guests, and is ready for use. Ideal for large families and groups, the villa is 4 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach. It is also 2 km from Hisarönü city center, home to shopping and entertainment venues. Our villa has every amenity for our guests' comfort.

Note: For reservations under 6 nights, an additional cleaning fee of £50 is required.

House Interior Features

Living Room: A beautifully furnished living room with a modern seating area, restroom, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioning, dining table and chairs, and a pool access door.

Kitchen:The open-plan, modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1:One double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, and dressing table.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, and dressing table.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and wardrobe.

Bedroom 4:Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and wardrobe.

Other: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Damage Deposit: A £50 damage deposit is required upon check-in. Any missing, broken, or damaged items will be returned to the villa upon check-out. If this is not the case, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All of our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly sprayed with pesticides. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests and other pests being present. We cannot guarantee 100% complete invisibility in our villas with private pools. A 10% privacy margin is always maintained for these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
