Villa Description

Villa Bulut 1 is a 2-bedroom villa with a capacity of 4 people, with a jacuzzi pool and a sheltered garden, located in Kayaköy, Fethiye. Although the pool and garden of our villa have a useful area, they are not visible from the outside. Ideal for honeymooners and nuclear families. Everything is completely in place for our guests in our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday where no one can disturb you away from the eyes. You can have a pleasant time in your private pool with your family and loved ones and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note:A cleaning fee of £ 40 is required for stays of less than 5 nights.

Note: The last 100 meters to our villa is a stabilized dirt road.

Interior features of the house

Living Room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a 4-person dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door opening from the living room to the pool and garden.

Kitchen:There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 4 people and more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster and teapot.

1. Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, LCD TV, wardrobe, make-up table and exit door to the pool.

2nd Bedroom:It has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and an exit door to the pool.

Pool Terrace: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, garden swing, table and chairs for 4 people.

Note: In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin. The photos of the villas on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

Others:There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit: £ 100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.
