Villa Dere is a 4 bedroom, large kitchen, living room, 4 bathroom private pool villa located in the Hisarönü area of Fethiye, Ölüdeniz. It is 1 km away from Hisarönü center, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues. Our villa, which is 3 km away from Ölüdeniz beach and only 7 km away from Fethiye center, has everything for our guests and there is nothing missing. Unlimited internet is available.
Note:A cleaning fee of £100 is requested for stays of 5 nights and below.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a magnificent living room, modern armchairs, LCD TV, fireplace, satellite receiver and air conditioning.
Kitchen: There is a modern kitchen, kitchenware enough for 8 people and more, dining table and chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, water dispenser and kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, television, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, television, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, television and nightstand.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.
Others:All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: £ 200 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of appreciation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
