Villa Description

Villa Dinyeper is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom rental luxury holiday villa with jacuzzi for 6 people, located in the Ovacık region of Ölüdeniz. The interior design of our villa is carefully designed and equipped with quality items. Our villa has a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool so you can have fun. All kinds of facilities are provided in our villa for the comfort of our guests. Our villa is located 4 km from Ölüdeniz beach, 1 km from Hisarönü center and 7 km from Fethiye centre.

Note: For rentals under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 131 £ is requested.

Note: For hygiene reasons, there are no hand, face and bath towels (bathrobes, etc.) in our villa. We kindly ask our guests to come prepared.

Note: There is an 11-meter pool in the villa, and there is an allowance for the 4-meter part of which remains sheltered.

Note: Pool heating and sauna use are optional and are activated for an extra fee of 27 £ per day.

Note: Sauna consumes 700 kW energy. It can be opened optionally. The price will be calculated according to the current price.

Note: There is a sports area in the villa.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: Open-plan island kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, toaster, microwave oven and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, French bathtub, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, French bathtub, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool, garden and Babadag views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 300 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
