Villa Description

Villa Efil 2 is a 3 bedroom holiday villa with a private pool and a capacity of 6 people, located in Calis region of Fethiye. Our villa, which has a modern concept, offers our guests a comfortable holiday with its carefully selected furnishings. You can have fun in our villa, which has a large garden, children's playground and pool area. In addition, due to its location, our villa is 5 minutes away from shopping stores, entertainment venues and Calis beach. All kinds of equipment are ready for use in our villa for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden. There is Villa Efil right next to our villa.

Note: An extra 55 £ cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. It has a French balcony overlooking the pool and garden area.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan island kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, enough kitchen supplies for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe, French balcony overlooking the garden.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, a baby cot, air conditioning, wardrobe and balcony.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
