Villa Eltepe is a 2-bedroom holiday villa with a capacity of 4 people, located in a quiet and quiet location in the Eldirek area of Fethiye, with a private pool and a large garden. Our villa is built on 2 acres of land and has an outdoor jacuzzi, children's pool, a small slide and a pool section with a wooden ship concept. Due to the location of our villa, you can easily see Fethiye and the sea area. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note: The road to the villa is a 1.5 km stabilized double-lane round-trip road.

Note: Our villa is located in a forest area and is in a quiet and tranquil area.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, an extra £ 100 cleaning fee is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchenware for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and balcony with garden and city views.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, a bedside table, a dresser, an armchair and a balcony with garden and city views.

Note: Internet usage may vary depending on the infrastructure of the region, e-mails, social media sites, news sites, etc. It is sufficient for certain purposes, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 150 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
Note: Due to the infrastructure and superstructure works in the region where our villa is located, there may be outages in electricity, water, etc. This situation is not only related to this villa but also applies to all our villas in the region.
