Villa Erya 3 is a villa with 4 suite bedrooms, a capacity of 8 people, a private pool and garden, located in the Ovacık region of Fethiye. Located a 5-minute drive from Ölüdeniz Beach, Villa Erya 3 is only 2 km from Hisarönü center. For families who want to spend their holidays together, there are Villa Erya 1 and Villa Erya 2 right next to our villa.

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and a portable living room type air cooler.

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen, with enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, built-in stove, refrigerator, built-in oven, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, nostalgic TV, armchair, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:There is a double bed and a clothes rack.

4th Bedroom:There is a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 200 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
