Villa Description

Villa Esmeray is a 1-bedroom, 2-person conservative honeymoon villa with a private pool and jacuzzi located in Kayaköy, Fethiye. Since the pool of our villa is not visible from the outside, our honeymoon couples can spend their holidays with peace of mind. Kayaköy is a historical town with its nature and old Greek houses. It is also 7 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach and 10 km from Fethiye centre. Our villa has all kinds of tools and equipment for our guests.

Note: For reservations under 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 80 £ is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There are modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, kitchenware sufficient for 2 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedroom:

Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, wardrobe and baby bed.

Others: The villa also has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and internet.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
