Villa Description

Villa Evrim is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 6 person capacity holiday villa with a jacuzzi in its private pool, located in Hisarönü, Fethiye. Our villa, which is 5 minutes' drive from the world-famous Oludeniz Beach, has all kinds of tools for our guests. You can enjoy your holiday to the fullest with the outdoor jacuzzi, and you can enjoy your dinner in the barbecue area in the garden.

Note: An extra £50 cleaning fee is required for reservations under the minimum stay period.

Interior features of the house

Living Room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, air conditioning, fireplace, LCD TV, satellite receiver, dining table and chairs for 6 people, and a door opening to the pool.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, stove, hood, electric tea machine, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils enough for 6 people and more.

Bathroom:It is in the hallway. There is a shared bathroom and toilet.

Bedrooms;

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table and nightstand.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and nightstand.

3. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Bathroom: It is in the hallway. There is a shared bathroom and toilet.

Others: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and living room. There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit: £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. On the day of departure, there is no loss, broken, broken, etc. in the villa. If not, the damage deposit will be returned to you.

Note: In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. However, pests etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 10% avoidance margin.
