Villa Description

Villa Fortuna is a 3-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool, located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, the famous region of Fethiye, with a capacity of accommodating 8 people in total, including the armchairs in the study room. It is 3 km away from the center of Hisarönü, famous for its shopping stores, entertainment venues and restaurants. With its stylish and modern decoration, comfortable furniture, large and spacious bedrooms and an additional study room, all the fine details that can make your holiday enjoyable have been considered.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 50 £ is charged.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver, dining table for 6 people, air conditioning and access to the pool area.

Kitchen: The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.

Study Room: There is a modern sofa set that can be converted into a bed, a desk, a bookshelf and a cupboard.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony with pool and garden views.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. On the day of departure, there will be no loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
