Villa Description

Villa Gaya 3 is a 2-bedroom, 4-person capacity, luxury conservative villa for rent with a sauna, located in the Kayaköy region of Fethiye, famous for its historical structure. Our villa is ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests.

Note:For reservations under 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 70 £ is requested.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, kitchenware sufficient for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bathtub, en-suite bathroom, LCD TV, make-up table and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, LCD TV, make-up table and wardrobe.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 150 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
