Villa Gökce is a 4-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool for 8 people located in the Üzümlü region of Fethiye. It is only 15 km from Çalış, one of the most famous beaches in Türkiye. In terms of location, it is a quiet and peaceful villa where you can have a comfortable family holiday and relax and relieve all your tiredness.
Note:An extra £100 cleaning fee is requested for reservations under 7 nights.
Note: Outdoor pool heating is included in the price.
Note: Our villa is two-storey and has separate entrances.
Note: Accommodations under 5 nights are not accepted.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.
Kitchen: There are open-plan kitchen, kitchenware enough for 4 people and more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, bathtub, air conditioning and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: There are two single beds, air conditioning and clothes hanger.
Bedroom 3: There is a double bed, bathtub, air conditioning and wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: There are two single beds, air conditioning and clothes hanger.
Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note:All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% protection margin in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
Exterior features
There is a barbecue area, sun loungers, umbrellas, table tennis, table football, trampoline, garden furniture, sun terrace, veranda, garden swing and parking area.
Note: There is an open kitchen, dishwasher and stove next to the barbecue area.
