Villa Description

Villa Granel is a 3-bedroom, conservative villa with a jacuzzi and a capacity of 6 people, located in the Karaçulha area of Fethiye. The pool and garden of our villa are not visible from the outside. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can barbecue with your family and loved ones in the large garden area and have a pleasant time in the private pool.

Note: For stays of less than 5 nights, there is a cleaning fee of £ 75.

Internal features of the house

Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, LCD TV and satellite receiver. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, kitchenware sufficient for 6 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot, coffee machine, teapot, microwave oven and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, jacuzzi and wardrobe. There is an exit door to the pool section.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, jacuzzi, wardrobe and make-up table. There is an exit door to the pool section.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV and wardrobe.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
