Villa Description
Villa Granül is a large family villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool and garden, located 5 km from Fethiye, Ölüdeniz beach. It is close to Hisarünü center, where there are shopping stores, entertainment venues and an amusement park for children, and our villa, which is 9 km from Fethiye center, is in a central location. Everything has been thought of for guests coming to our villa for a holiday, and you can enjoy your holiday with your family and loved ones in our villa, which has nothing missing.
Note: A cleaning fee of £100 is requested for reservations under 7 nights.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.
Kitchen: There is an open-plan modern kitchen, kitchenware for 8 people and more, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, teapot and kettle.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, television, terrace with pool and garden view.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, terrace with pool and garden view.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.
Others: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surrounding area. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of appreciation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
