Villa İlayda Duo is a 5-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool, accommodating up to 10 people, located in the Kayaköy region of Fethiye. Our villa offers an ideal option for those seeking a peaceful and tranquil holiday, surrounded by ancient history and stunning views. Every detail you might need has been considered, making the villa suitable for smaller families. With a sheltered pool area and a large garden, you can enhance your holiday with a playground, table tennis, foosball, billiards, and fitness facilities.
Note: A cleaning fee of £150 is charged for reservations under 7 nights.
Note: This villa offers all-day housekeeping services. Upon request, there is an extra 8,000 TL per day. Services include: shopping assistance, breakfast preparation, daily housekeeping, and dinner.
Interior Features of the House
Living Room:A meticulously designed living room with a magnificent open-plan kitchen in the center, featuring a fireplace, air conditioning, modern sofas, LCD TV, satellite receiver, and access to the pool/terrace area.
Kitchen: Open-plan modern island kitchen with island dining area, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, hob, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and a dining table for 8 people.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: Double bed, jacuzzi, LCD TV, playpen, armchair, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, playpen.
3rd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table.
4th Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table.
5th Bedroom:Two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning.
Other features: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and the living room. The villa also includes an iron, washing board, and hairdryer.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £200 is collected upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no loss, breakage, or damage to the villa.
Note: All our villas, which offer a life surrounded by nature, are regularly treated with pesticides. However, there is still a possibility of pests being present. We cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with private pools. There is always a 5% margin of error in these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a 'Wide-Angle Lens' to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
