Villa Description

Villa Ivan is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom holiday villa with a private pool for 8 people located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. All bedrooms of our villa have en-suite bathrooms. It is 1 km away from Hisarönü center, famous for its shopping stores and entertainment venues. Our villa, which is 4 km away from Ölüdeniz beach and only 7 km away from Fethiye center, has everything for our guests and there is nothing missing.

Note: A cleaning fee of £100 is requested for stays of 6 nights and below.

Ground floor

Living room: There is a magnificent open kitchen living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen: There is an open-plan modern kitchen, kitchenware enough for 8 people and more, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.

WC: In the living room.

First floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

Second floor

Bedroom 3: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A £100 damage deposit is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage, etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are regularly sprayed with pesticides. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surrounding area. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of appreciation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
