Villa Kaia 1 is a conservative villa with 2 bedrooms and a private pool with a capacity of 4 people, located in Kayaköy area of Fethiye, famous for its historical structure. Our villa has a magnificent nature view and views of Kayaköy. Since the surroundings of our villa are closed, the pool area is not visible from the outside. Ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Our villa, which offers a peaceful and happy holiday opportunity where no one can disturb you, away from the eyes, has everything for our guests. You can have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones in your private pool and have a barbecue in the garden.

Note: For stays of less than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of £ 55 is required.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: Open kitchen, kitchen equipment enough for 4 people or more, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, tea maker, toaster, dinner set for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery and Knife set and other kitchen equipment are available.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and access to the pool.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and swimming pool.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
