Located in a quiet and tranquil setting, this villa offers a wonderful setting with its lush garden and large pool. Located 350 meters from Çalış Beach, you can enjoy a peaceful holiday with your loved ones.
Note:For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of £60 will be charged.

Living Room: Features an open-plan living room with modern sofas, a dining table for 6 people, an LED TV, a satellite receiver, and air conditioning.
Kitchen: Features an open-plan kitchen with enough kitchenware for 6 or more people, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a wardrobe.

Other: All rooms and the living room have air conditioning. The villa also has an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
Damage Deposit:A £100 damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided there are no missing items, damages, or damage.
Note:All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests and other pests. We cannot guarantee 100% visibility in our villas, which have a secluded pool. There is always a 10% privacy margin for these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a wide-angle lens to fit the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
