Villa Karat is a luxury summer holiday villa with 5 bedrooms and a private pool located in the Ovacık region of Ölüdeniz. Everything in our villa with its carefully designed architecture has been considered and is ready for use. Our villa has a total capacity of 12 people. Our villa, which is 3.5 km away from Ölüdeniz beach, has all kinds of equipment. It is 1 km away from Hisarönü center, where shopping malls, entertainment venues, restaurants and amusement parks are located.
Note: An extra cleaning fee of £200 is requested for reservations under 7 nights.
Interior features of the house
Living room:There is a carefully furnished living room, modern seating area, satellite receiver, LCD TV, alarm, air conditioning, dining table and a door to the pool.
Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, dinner set for 8 people, pans, pots, cutlery and other kitchenware in the open-plan modern kitchen.
Bedrooms:
1. Bedroom: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Others: There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £500 is taken during check-in procedures. If there is no loss, breakage, spillage, etc. in the villa on the day of departure, the damage deposit is returned to you.
Note: All our villas, which are located in close proximity to nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of pests etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% margin of protection in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a 'Wide Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the photos may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
