Villa Description

Villa Karya is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with a magnificent view and a private pool for 8 people, located in the Hisarönü region of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Our villa, which has a 24/7 guard, security camera and alarm system, is a 5-minute walk from Hisarönü center. It is only 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach and only 7 km from Fethiye centre. Internet is available.

Note: For reservations below the minimum stay period, an extra 70 £ cleaning fee is required.

Living room: There is a carefully furnished modern living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV and satellite receiver.

Kitchen: The open-plan modern kitchen has enough kitchenware for 8 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle and kettle.

WC: It is in the living room.

Balcony: It is a balcony with pool and garden views. There are enough tables and chairs for 8 people.

First floor

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

Second floor

3rd Bedroom:There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden views.

Bathroom: It is in the corridor. It has a shower and WC.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit:A damage deposit of 100 £ is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
