    Villa Description
     
    Villa Kaya Levissi is a spacious 5-bedroom family villa with a private pool, accommodating up to 10 people, located in the Kayaköy region of Fethiye. The villa is specially designed for our guests and includes all necessary kitchen utensils and equipment. You can spend peaceful moments with your family in your private pool and enjoy fun times in the garden with table tennis and volleyball courts.
     
    Note: A cleaning fee of £80 is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
     
    Note:Small breed pets are allowed. An additional fee of £60 is charged for one pet.
     
    Interior Features of the House
     
    Living Room:The carefully furnished living room with an open-plan kitchen features modern sofas, a dining table for 6 people, LED TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, and air conditioning.
     
    Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen has enough kitchenware for 10 or more people, a dishwasher, oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, teapot, and kettle.
     
    Bedrooms:
     
    1. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, and en-suite bathroom.
     
    2. Bedroom:Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, and en-suite bathroom.
     
    3. Bedroom:Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, armchair, and en-suite bathroom.

    Other:Air conditioning is available in all rooms and the living room. An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are also provided in the villa.
     
    Damage Deposit:A damage deposit of £100 is collected upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if there is no loss, breakage, or damage to the villa.
     
    Note: All our villas, located in a natural setting, are regularly treated with pesticides. Despite this, pests may still be present in the surrounding area. There is a possibility of being seen. We absolutely cannot guarantee 100% privacy in our villas with protected pools. There is always a 10% margin of error in these villas. The villa photos on our website are taken with a 'Wide-Angle Lens' to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
